UK Delivery
If your order is over £99 (net) delivery is free to standard UK mainland addresses.
Outlying areas highlands and islands may incur a higher delivery charge is using UPS which is general for orders of 5 or more polo shirts 

Delivery charges
We use royal mail, UPS and DPD interlink. For small packages weight under 2kg you can choose Royal Mail from only £2.50 (rises dependant on weight of items) or maximum of Courier from £5.89. For items over this weight then only courier option is available. Worldwide deliveries are handled by UPS and again are weight dependant, which can be worked out in the basket when adding items to you basket, but in general would be £0.99p per item extra above the std courier charge.
we deliver to all Eu countries and each delivery again, can be worked out on the product page or in the basket before you pay.
If you like you can avoid delivery charges and collect from our store just of J7 on the M62.
** All delivery charges are for delivery only, any express service charges for a quicker turn round will still apply.
We aim to despatch all of our (non express) orders within 7 working days and very rarely go over this, but if we do, we endeavour to get in touch with you.
Our express services are still available from as little as next day, where you can see more about this service here. Please make sure you have given us correct details for us to email you the design proof to ensure no delays, each day delaying the proof may lead to a delay in the delivery. Shoudl we fail to ensure despatch or your express delivery doesn't arrive then we can refund you express charge.

Once we despatch your order you will receive an email and invoice notifying you of the delivery. If the courier finds no one home, it is likely they will leave a card or send a text stating they will try one more time, or you can call the number to arrange collection. If multiple delivery attempts are mad the items will be returned to us and a re delivery charge will have to be made.

If you need to cancel any order after payment it may be that we have already added logos in which case refunds cannot be given for any item that has been embroidered, printed or artwork origination started etc, basically anything that involves us doing any work. In addition plain items are sometimes picked sent literally within minutes and we reserve the right to charge a percentage fee for dis assembling or re stocking the goods back to our or our manufacturers shelves.
